Overview
Josh Holmes is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Complex Litigation practice group. The group represents companies in high-exposure product liability litigation. Josh’s practice addresses the substantive and procedural issues confronting product manufacturers, distributors, and sellers.
Prior to joining the firm, Josh served as a law clerk to the Honorable Madeline H. Haikala of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
Before attending law school, Josh taught middle school English and History through Teach For America. He has also coached youth basketball, football, and soccer.
