Overview
As an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, Jonathan's practice primarily focuses on transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development. He assists clients throughout all stages of real estate transactions, from initial structuring to closing.
Jonathan earned his J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University, where he was an active member of the Transaction Law Society, the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and the Estate Planning and Wealth Management Society.
Prior to attending law school, Jonathan attended Marquette University and John Carroll University, receiving his B.A. and M.B.A. respectively. He went on to work as a supply chain manager at Sherwin-Williams Company for several years, developing a strong business acumen and a client-focused approach before deciding to pursue his law degree.
