Jonathan Jenkins

Jonathan is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Corporate Securities & Tax Practice Group with a focus in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions and corporate matters for business clients.

With a joint J.D. degree and Master of Business Administration, Jonathan drafts and reviews partnership agreements, business incorporation documents, and corporate tax documents for a wide range of clients. He also has experience working on large corporate mergers.

Jonathan holds a J.D. and M.B.A. degree from Samford University and Cumberland School of Law where he was a Junior Editor on the Cumberland Law Review, a Caruthers Fellow, a Cumberland Student Ambassador, and on the Dean’s List. He earned his B.S. in Political Science from Troy University.
