James L. Ellison

James Ellison is an accomplished Associate attorney with five years of experience handling all aspects of complex insurance coverage issues, and prior experience handling medical malpractice, public entity, and employment defense matters. James has a career history of supporting the defense of multimillion-dollar claims, directing discovery, and successfully engaging in motion practice.  He is a skilled communicator capable of presenting clear and persuasive arguments both orally and in writing.

James earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he was on the Dean’s List, was a Founding Officer of the Environmental Law Society, and was a Member of the Arkansas Law Review. He holds a B.S. in Finance with a Dual minor in Economics and Spanish.
