Overview

Jada Young is an Associate in the Firm’s Complex & Commercial Litigation practice group.

She previously served as a Summer Associate at Maynard Nexsen, where she conducted legal research and prepared memorandums, academic articles, and other legal projects focused on defense litigation and transactional matters.

Jada received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was actively engaged in the law school community. She served as Chief of Staff for the Black Law Students Association, was a member of the Pro Bono Board supporting initiatives for underserved communities, and worked as the Research Editor for the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from the College of Charleston.
