Overview

Hunter is an Associate in the Firm’s Complex & Commercial Litigation and Appellate and Post-Verdict practice groups.

Before joining the firm, Hunter served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrew L. Brasher of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Honorable Anna M. Manasco of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, and the Honorable Jay Mitchell of the Supreme Court of Alabama. His experience clerking for judges in both state and federal courtsand at both the trial and appellate stages of litigationgives him unique insights and informs his strategic and analytical approach to achieving the best result for every client. 

Hunter earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Alabama Law Review. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi, where he was a Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College Scholar.
