Overview

Hube is a seasoned civil and criminal defense attorney serving as Of Counsel in the Firm’s Government Investigations & White-Collar Defense practice group. His practice spans a wide range of civil, criminal, and white‑collar matters, and his depth of experience enables him to offer clients a well‑rounded and strategic perspective. He has experience representing clients in both state and federal courts and has served as lead trial counsel in multiple personal injury cases.

Hube previously served as the managing partner of a criminal defense firm in Birmingham before founding his own practice at the Dodd Law Firm. His exceptional work has been recognized through various professional accolades throughout his career, including Martindale Hubbell's AV-preeminent rating, National Trial Lawyers’ recognition as both a Top 40 under 40 member and a Top 100 Trial Lawyer, and being named a SuperLawyer for criminal defense. 

Hube earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he earned the Dean Thomas Christopher Award for Lasting Contribution to the Law School. He holds his B.A. from Tulane University.
