Overview
Harshita is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen's Insurance practice group. She has experience handling a broad range of litigation matters, including developing case strategies, conducting legal research, and assisting with all stages of the litigation process. She approaches each matter with diligence and attention to detail, working to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.
She previously worked as an associate at a litigation-focused firm, where she gained experience handling a variety of matters, including high-exposure tort claims, multiparty property disputes, statutory compliance issues, and commercial contract disputes. She leverages that experience to bring a thoughtful and strategic approach to client matters.
Harshita earned her law degree from the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) in Kolkata, India. During law school, she was active in moot court, serving as an oralist in the 13th Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court Competition, advancing to the World Rounds, and as a researcher for the 25th Annual Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition.
