Hannah Haight

Hannah is an Associate in the Firm’s Private Markets practice group.

During law school, Hannah gained substantive experience across transactional and regulatory practice. She served as an in-house legal extern, where she assisted with developing compliance strategies and analyzed privacy obligations. She also worked as a Summer Associate with Maynard Nexsen, drafting and reviewing documents related to real estate transactions, private offerings, and complex investment structures. Additionally, she interned with the City of Dallas Attorney’s Office, gaining exposure to public-sector legal practice.

Hannah earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she served as a Staff Editor and Articles Editor for the SMU Law Review Association and was a published author. She holds a B.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University.”
