Overview
Elizabeth “Soni” Wroblewski is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience representing major U.S. insurers in managed care litigation across federal and state courts, as well as before the American Arbitration Association and Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services. Her practice focuses on resolving disputes between provider groups and hospitals involving managed care contracts, overpayments, improper billing, and out-of-network reimbursement and claims handling issues. Soni’s litigation expertise also encompasses securing policy rescissions due to misrepresentations, defending against breach of contract, bad faith, and deceptive trade practice claims, upholding ERISA benefit denials, and handling complex class action lawsuits.
Soni earned her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where her exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy earned her a place in the Order of the Barristers. During law school, she served as Executive Chair of the Moot Court team and President of the Health Law Organization.
