Chayse Williams*

Chayse is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen's Labor & Employment practice group, where she represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters. She takes a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to helping clients navigate workplace challenges and achieve their business objectives.

Chayse advises businesses on collective bargaining negotiations, labor relations strategies, and the administration of grievance and arbitration proceedings. She also supports employers in employment litigation matters, assisting with depositions, case development, and litigation strategy. In addition, she counsels clients on workplace investigations, compliance issues, and documentation practices, helping organizations address legal risks and resolve complex personnel matters effectively.

Chayse is passionate about fostering strong and productive workplace environments, and she enjoys partnering with executives and human resources professionals to enhance communication, support workforce initiatives, and implement strategies that promote both organizational success and employee engagement.

Chayse earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Houston.
