Chandler R. Pyke

As an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate practice group, Chandler focuses his practice on advising investors, lenders, developers, and individuals on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. He helps guide his client through acquisitions, development, financing, disposition, commercial leasing, entity formation, and operations matters with expert insight.

Chandler has years of experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, contracts, and closing documents for various property types, including multi-parcel retail developments, multifamily projects, and single-lot developments. He has worked on transactions involving triple-net ground leases and grocery-anchored shopping centers. He especially excels in reviewing title work and survey matters in addition to preparing loan documents for financial institutions and borrowers.

With a sharp eye for details and a strong understanding of real estate, Chandler is well-equipped to guide clients through a variety of real estate transactions.

He holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of South Carolina. He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Auburn University.
