Overview

Catherine is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Section and a member of the Product Liability Practice, which defends businesses and manufacturers across the industry spectrum in a wide array of federal and state product liability claims.

Her litigation practice is centered on product liability, complex litigation, commercial disputes, and mass torts. She regularly defends clients against wrongful death and personal injury claims and has experience handling complex commercial disputes and mass tort dockets at the state and federal level. Her recent work includes representing construction companies, national and international retailers, transportation providers, and material manufacturers and suppliers.

Catherine’s practice is not limited exclusively to product liability. She also assists with matters involving general liability and business litigation disputes, property claims, and environmental laws. Catherine holds a J.D., cum laude, from The University of Alabama School of Law and served as Editor in Chief of The Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review. She is a graduate of Auburn University where she earned a B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science.
