Bryan Judd

Bryan is a Corporate Attorney with a practice focused in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and other private equity financings, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters. He utilizes a combination of firm, in-house counsel, and contract management experience to provide high-quality representation through multi-faceted transactional matters. Bryan assists private and public companies in areas including negotiating, structuring, and drafting agreements, and he advises corporate directors and officers regarding strategic business decisions.

In addition to his transaction practice, Bryan offers comprehensive experience representing private equity sponsors, borrowers, and direct lenders in all stages of the sophisticated debt financing process. He has completed transactions for companies in multiple industry sectors by acting as a flexible problem solver during structuring conversations, through soliciting proposals and securing commitments from lenders, and negotiating definitive documents. In preparation for any transaction, he conducts extensive due diligence by defining corporate objectives and analyzing strategies, risks, and opportunities for risk mitigation.

Bryan earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his BSBA from High Point University.
