Bo Bledsoe

Bo uses his technical background and experience to communicate complex ideas and to process, assess, and use information to further his client’s strategic goals. As a shareholder in the Complex Litigation, Products Liability, and Real Estate & Title Insurance practice groups, Bo has handled a wide range of commercial, franchise, and real estate matters across the country.

Bo has represented a diverse group of clients including financial institutions, manufacturers, franchisors, insurers, and developers. Bo has significant experience representing automobile manufacturers with respect to franchise and licensing issues. He has handled dealer franchise litigation in Alabama, Georgia, and Arkansas, and he advises on dealer licensing and regulatory issues around the country.

In the products liability arena, Bo serves as national coordinating counsel for a Fortune 200 company overseeing its nationwide products liability docket. In this role, Bo has managed thousands of cases in more than thirty states, overseeing nationwide docket management, expert discovery, and trial strategy.

In 2022, Bo was named in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Commercial Litigation and Product Liability Litigation – Defendants. Prior to attending law school, Bo attended Auburn University where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Wireless and Electrical Engineering.
