Overview
Bethany is an Associate in the Firm’s Credit & Restructuring practice group. She represents borrowers and lenders in a broad range of financing transactions.
Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Bethany was an associate at a large law firm working in private credit.
Before earning her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, Bethany worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at IBM. During law school, Bethany served as a student attorney in Harvard Law School’s Predatory Lending Clinic, where she represented low- and moderate-income residents in predatory lending and consumer protection cases. She also gained experience as an Honor Programs Extern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Her business and financial background, combined with her legal training, makes her well-equipped to handle a wide range of matters in the Credit & Restructuring space.
