Overview

As an experienced attorney in the Firm’s Government Solutions practice group, Beau draws on over fourteen years of judicial experience to inform and strengthen his practice.

He worked for seven years as a Career Law Clerk to the Honorable Liles C. Burke of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. In this role, he served as the judge’s senior legal advisor, providing detailed analysis and recommendations on complex procedural and substantive issues. He also mentored term clerks and interns, helping them develop foundational legal skills. Earlier in his career, Beau served as a Staff Attorney at the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, where he provided in-depth legal analysis on appeals arising from a broad range of state criminal proceedings.

Beau’s extensive judicial experience has shaped his analytical, detail-oriented approach to the law that he continues to bring to every matter he handles.
