Overview

Anna is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Cybersecurity & Privacy and Private Markets practice groups. Drawing on her diverse experience, Anna brings a keen understanding of the complex dynamics involved in cybersecurity and privacy matters. She offers valuable insights and strategic counsel to a variety of clientele, from small businesses to large corporations.

Anna’s practice also includes commercial real estate transactions. She utilizes her background to serve the firm’s clients on matters including property acquisition and entitlement.

Prior to joining the Firm, Anna honed her skills during law school in Maynard Nexsen’s Summer Associate program and at Seminole County Attorney’s Office. These experiences gave her hands-on exposure to the real estate development process, code enforcement matters, and property disputes, as well as cybersecurity matters.

Anna holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she focused on technology and privacy law. She holds an M.A. in Psychology from New York University, where she focused her research on consumer receptivity to AI and data collection. She also holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Alabama.
