Overview
Anna is a Shareholder in the Firm's Real Estate practice group, where she focuses on office and retail leasing, acquisitions and development, deal structuring, and general corporate matters. She advises clients through all stages of the real estate lifecycle, including acquisition, development, disposition, financing, and leasing, providing practical guidance tailored to each transaction. She approaches each matter she handles with care and precision rooted in her commitment to excellent client service.
Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Anna served as Counsel at a large national law firm. In that role, she gained experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions across multiple asset classes. Her previous work continues to inform her developed strategic approach to client representation.
Anna earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as the Articles Editor of the Alabama Law Review. She received her B.S. from Birmingham-Southern College.
