Overview
Adelle is a Partner in the Firm’s Insurance Practice Group. Her practice primarily focuses on representing insurers and employee benefit plans in individual and group life, health, and disability insurance disputes, including bad faith and ERISA claims.
Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Adelle worked as a partner at a full-service law firm, where she successfully handled complex litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts. Her expansive knowledge and wide range of experience position her to address various insurance matters on behalf of her clients with care and expertise.
Adelle has been continuously recognized for her legal excellence, earning the Best Lawyers in America® “Ones to Watch” distinction in Commercial Litigation and Employee Benefits Law for several consecutive years. Her strength as a lawyer is grounded in her commitment to her clients and diligent attention to detail.
Adelle earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Washington.
