Jason Searl enhances the firm’s Orlando Practice with Expertise in Land Use, Environmental, and Government Law

Maynard Nexsen, a full-service law firm with 31 offices nationwide, welcomes Jason Searl to its Orlando/Winter Park location. He joins the firm’s strong central Florida real estate team where he will focus on land use, banking, real estate, environmental, corporate, and higher education.

Jason brings a wealth of real estate transactional experience to Maynard Nexsen’s Orlando office, including mergers and acquisitions, sales, licensing, development and finance, title insurance, and escrow and closing agent services as an agent of Alliant National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company (where he was a Florida Top Agent in 2024). He advises landowners, developers, and individuals on complex deal issues and disputes across the I-4 Corridor. Jason has represented clients before numerous local governments and agencies for more than two decades, ensuring they navigate regulatory challenges with confidence.

Deeply rooted in the community, Jason is a member of the Association of Florida Community Developers and has served on numerous boards and committees for the City of Orlando. These include chairing both the Municipal Planning Board and the Board of Zoning Adjustment, and serving on the Nominating Board and the Board Review Committee.

Jason earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from Stetson University, with undergraduate study at Furman University (B.A.).
