Evan Parrott Named to the American Bankruptcy Institute "40 Under 40" List
Evan Parrott, a Shareholder in Maynard Nexsen's Mobile office, has been named to the American Bankruptcy Institute's (ABI) 2025 "40 Under 40" list.
This prestigious recognition honors top professionals under the age of 40 who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, professional achievement, and commitment to the bankruptcy and insolvency field. Selected from a pool of over 200 candidates, honorees are chosen by a 24-person steering committee based on their professional accomplishments and community leadership.
Evan's practice centers on representing debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in matters involving financial distress, bankruptcy, commercial lending, leasing, reorganization, and debt restructuring. His legal work in the bankruptcy sector alongside his rigorous involvement in organizations such as the Alabama State Bar, the Paul W. Brock American Inn of Court, and the Mobile Bar Association contributed to this well-deserved recognition.
He will be recognized along with the other honorees at the 2025 ABI Winter Leadership Conference in Tucson, AZ this December.
