Associate - Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights | Columbia, SC

The Columbia, SC office of Maynard Nexsen, a full-service law firm with more than 600 attorneys across 35 locations nationwide, seeks an Associate with 0–2 years’ experience to join its growing Restructuring Practice Group.

Who We’re Looking For

• A dynamic junior associate with an eagerness to work in bankruptcy and collection law and related litigation in South Carolina
• An individual who has passed the South Carolina bar exam
• Zero to two years of experience in any litigation, including managing discovery and performing critical legal research
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills (required)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team-first environment
