Overview

Noah is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Securities Litigation practice group. A knowledgeable and experienced lawyer, he has experience representing clients in a variety of coverage, product liability, and tort cases, including pre-suit investigation and coverage analysis, litigation, and appellate work.

Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Noah practiced as a litigator at a regional firm and worked as a staff attorney with the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, where he was exposed to the world of federal law and became skilled at supporting clients through all aspects of the legal process.

In his practice, Noah prioritizes personability and shows his clients a genuine commitment to achieving optimal outcomes. He recognizes the challenges when clients face negative factors in a case and works to make any issues as painless as possible.

Noah earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, magna cum laude. While in law school, he served as articles editor for the Alabama Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Law Review and served as Vice President of the school's chapter of the Federalist Society. He is a member of the Order of the Coif. Noah holds a B.A. in History and Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama.
