Overview

Molly Hall serves clients through the Economic Development and the Real Estate and Corporate practice groups. Molly combines a strong background in government and business operations with legal acumen to provide wise counsel to her clients.

Prior to joining the Firm, Molly worked at IBM. There, she developed processes, implemented strategies, and regularly communicated with stakeholders about key initiatives and deal flow. Molly also brings government experience from her time with the South Carolina Department of Commerce. Her wealth of knowledge from the public and private sectors makes her an excellent resource and leader in economic development.

Molly attended the University of South Carolina where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. During her time at USC, Molly earned multiple awards and recognitions including the Darla Moore School of Business Emerging Community Leader Award. Upon graduating from South Carolina, Molly earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association and received the John R. Holland Scholarship Award for leadership. After graduating from law school, Molly clerked for the Honorable Michael G. Nettles in South Carolina’s Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court.

Outside Maynard Nexsen

Outside the office, Molly enjoys traveling new places, attending South Carolina Gamecocks athletic events and spending time with her husband and two children.
