Jake Barnes

Jake Barnes is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen's Litigation practice group. Prior to joining the Firm full-time, Jake clerked for the Honorable Judge M. Casey Rodgers and was an extern for the Honorable Chief Judge Mark Walker of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. He also worked with the Office of the Attorney General of Florida for the Antitrust Division. Jake was a Summer Associate with the Firm in 2020.

Jake graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University College of Law and Florida State University. In law school, he ranked third in his class, won numerous Book Awards, and was a member of Order of Coif Honor Society.
