Overview
Jack represents clients at both the state and federal levels, advocating before executive and legislative branches on a broad spectrum of public policy issues. His practice includes political law, economic development, communications strategy, ethics compliance, contract procurement, and regulatory navigation. He also has experience preparing clients to testify before Congress, helping them refine their messaging, anticipate committee questions, and engage effectively with federal lawmakers.
In addition to his advocacy work, Jack provides counsel to candidates, businesses, and political action committees (PACs), guiding them through the complexities of campaign finance law and ethics compliance. He ensures clients remain fully compliant with federal, state, and local regulations while helping them maximize fundraising efforts.
With a strong track record in federal, state, and local lobbying, grassroots campaigns, and regulatory compliance, Jack delivers results across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, insurance, banking, education, energy, and manufacturing.
He works closely with clients to turn policy ideas into actionable legislation, developing strategy, drafting effective bills, and navigating the legislative process from start to finish. His leadership and growing influence in Alabama’s political and policy circles earned him a place on Yellowhammer Multimedia’s 2024 “Who’s Next” list, which recognizes the state’s most impactful and rising figures in government and public affairs.
Before his current role, Jack served as Operations Director at SR Communications (now Cardinal Consulting Group), a full-service communications and political consulting firm. He previously worked on successful congressional campaigns in Alabama and Georgia, where he focused on grassroots coordination, policy research, and communications strategy.
Jack earned his undergraduate degree in Public Policy Leadership from the Trent Lott Leadership Institute at the University of Mississippi and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law.
