Overview
Scott Faulkner focuses his legal practice on tax, corporate law, and employee benefits law, with a particular emphasis on matters pertaining to the Employee Retirement and Income Security Act (ERISA). He provides guidance on tax matters, government contracting, mergers and acquisitions, as well as securities law to both emerging and established businesses. Scott also counsels individuals on retirement planning, estate planning, and marital planning.
Scott is a certified public accountant (CPA) in addition to being an attorney.
