Overview

Hannah represents buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, and tenants in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. She is an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice where she assists clients with handling acquisitions, dispositions, developments, leasing, and financing of real property.

Hannah’s experience spans the industry spectrum with transactions involving office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality and other types of properties, as well as new developments. Throughout each transaction she guides clients in negotiating and documenting the transaction. She also advises clients in assessing all aspects of due diligence in their real estate endeavors, including evaluating title and survey matters and potential environmental issues.

Hannah’s talents earned her recognition in the Birmingham Business Journal’ "2020 NextGen BHM: Real Estate and Construction" as one of the area’s leading young real estate professionals. Hannah is actively involved in Birmingham CREW as a Candidate Member.

Hannah earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law where she served as Executive Editor of the Alabama Law Review. She is a recipient of the M. Leigh Harrison Award and the Hugo L. Black Scholar Award and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Hannah was also a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board and competed in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. She holds a B.S.B.A. in Economics from Samford University, summa cum laude, and earned the university's coveted Outstanding Achievement in Economics Award.
