Overview

Grace represents financial institutions in securities litigation. Grace is an Associate in the Firm’s Securities and Financial Services Litigation group. The majority of her practice focuses on representing brokerage firms in arbitration proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She also has experience representing financial institutions in regulatory and employment matters, pre-dispute resolution, and complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. Grace’s more general litigation experience includes insurance litigation and ERISA litigation.

Grace is a graduate of Duke University Law School. She earned her B.A. in English and Spanish magna cum laude from Davidson College.
