Overview
Aishwarya is a Technical Advisor in Maynard Nexsen’s Intellectual Property Practice. She focuses her practice on all aspects of patent law, including research, drafting, and prosecution. Aishwarya has substantial knowledge and experience in patent laws and practices in several jurisdictions, including the US, India, China, the EU, Japan, and Kenya, among others. Aishwarya is proficient in English, Hindi, and Kannada; conversational in Tamil; and beginner in Japanese.
Prior to joining Maynard, Aishwarya worked as an IP Specialist for a technology company in Houston, TX. She also served as a Senior Patent Associate and Patent Analyst while living in India.
Aishwarya obtained her Master of Intellectual Property Law degree at the University of New Hampshire Frank Pierce School of Law, and her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science degree from the National Institute of Engineering in Mysore, India.
