Overview
Adam Johnston is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Corporate and Business Transactions practice group. Prior to joining the Firm full-time, he worked as a Summer Associate in 2021 and 2022 and for several years in the public accounting industry.
Adam is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and Clemson University. In law school, he served on the School of Law Carolina Fund, received the CALI Award for Drafting Business Agreements and International Business Transactions, served as a tax Research Assistant, and was an Editor of The Journal of Law and Education.
Adam is also a licensed CPA and was born and raised in the Charleston area.
