Not surprisingly, it is also an excellent place to practice law. The main Raleigh office opened in 2008 and has quickly grown to 45 attorneys and staff who are always prepared to make an impact. The firm opened its second office in Downtown Raleigh in 2024, providing additional space for those representing clients in county, state, and federal courts, as well as the North Carolina General Assembly and other state government offices. 

Raleigh serves as the headquarters of the firm’s North Carolina Government Affairs practice, and the attorneys across the offices have extensive experience in Real Estate, Construction Law, Economic Development. White Collar Defense and Investigations, Employment & Labor Law, Corporate, and Bankruptcy and Restructuring, among others.
