Associate - Litigation | Austin, TX

The Austin, TX office of Maynard Nexsen, a full-service law firm with more than 550 attorneys across 24 offices nationwide, seeks an Associate with 2-5 years’ experience to assist their growing Litigation Team.

This position seeks attorneys committed to a hands-on trial and litigation practice involving courtroom advocacy in oral arguments and high-quality legal briefing and research.  The position is in-office primarily, and requires someone that is fully engaged.  It will entail drafting briefs and participating in depositions, hearings, and trials. While much of the work will be based out of the Austin office, the applicant can also expect to assist Maynard Nexsen attorneys across the Firm.  Applicants must have a solid academic record and excellent research and writing skills.
