Associate - Government Contracts | Washington, DC or Huntsville, AL
Maynard Nexsen seeks an Associate to join its government contracts practice group, working from its Washington, DC or Huntsville, Alabama offices.
Candidates must have three to five years of experience in government contracts, specifically in the areas of bid protest litigation, claims and claims counseling, compliance, and internal investigations.
Ideal candidates have a demonstrated commitment to the field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a desire to assume immediate responsibility for matters, and experience in a law firm or as government disputes counsel. The practice group offers excellent prospects for proactive lawyers.
A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in the applicable protest/litigation jurisdictions are required.
